MS Word is an application software developed by Microsoft to process textual matters. MS Word is a word processor application. It is an application of MS Office Package. 

It has many useful tools to make our work easier.

Format Painter- Format Painter copy all the formatting from one object and apply it to another object. It works like copying and pasting the formatting.

Superscript- Superscript fits the text above the normal line. The scripted text appears smaller than rest of the text. It is used when we want to write something in the form of power like (a+b)².

Subscript- Subscript fits the text below the normal line. The scripted text appears smaller than rest of the text. It helps in writing chemical and scientific formulas like H₂O.

Line Spacing- Line spacing helps in maintaining the gap between lines. The proper gap between lines helps in reading content easily.
